Hosted+ includes time for smaller updates throughout the year. Small jobs start at $150 and can be raised through our support page. Larger updates, let’s discuss and see how to best approach them.

Use your time in 30-minute increments, without the usual $150 minimum for each covered request.

Email deserves a quick pause, and always deserves its own focus.
If you’re using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another dedicated email provider, great. Your email stays right where it is. If it’s bundled with your current hosting, we’ll help plan its next home before moving your website.

We’re also actively exploring partnership with a great new Canadian provider of a full office suite that is launching in the fall of 2026 that we’re really excited about.

How much will this cost?

Hosted is $595 + GST per year.

Hosted+ is $995 + GST per year and includes three hours for smaller website updates.

Why does it cost more than basic hosting?
Because real people are responsible for keeping the backend of your website healthy. We monitor it, maintain critical WordPress updates and respond if something goes wrong. And things DO go wrong with WordPress. You’re paying for the website to be cared for and a small team of real people to reach out to, not only for space on a server.
How does the move work?
Send us your website address and whatever access or information you have. We’ll figure out where everything lives, review the setup and tell you exactly what we need. Standard WordPress migration is included, your website and domain remain yours, and we test everything before and after the switch. A brief interruption is possible, so we’ll agree on timing with you first.
Why don’t you provide email?
Email deserves its own dedicated provider. We learned long ago that trying to compete with the Googles and Microsofts of the internet is a tough one to win.

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and similar services are built specifically for email security, reliability and deliverability.

Your email stays where it is, and we preserve the right settings when moving your website. If it is bundled with your current hosting, we can help plan its next home.

*We are also actively working on a partnership with a great new Canadian alternative to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. We’ll update information here when we know more.

What happens when something goes wrong?
Send the details through our support page and they’ll reach the Hosted Here team. Most routine hosting and backend issues are investigated and repaired as part of your plan. If the website needs larger repairs, custom development or other project work, we’ll explain what is happening and confirm the cost before beginning.
